“First of all, our responsiveness. We manage people, who are by nature unpredictable. But we are organized to respond fast, replace an agent, solve a problem and meet the client’s needs as quickly as possible.

Then there is our accountability. We carry out a diagnostic review before each job in order to manage risks intelligently and preventatively. We occasionally have to adapt a client’s requests, or even refuse something if we deem it to be a danger to the client. Their satisfaction is our priority. Some of them have been with us for 15 years.

Finally, there is our transparency. Our clients can access our tax and social security certificates, prefecture approval certificate, accounts and references on our website.”

“Yes and that’s not just a sound-byte, it’s particularly true in our sector. We have a pricing policy which aims first of all to guarantee the best quality service for the best price. Buying security at a discount price means you are buying insecurity. In the physical security sector, not only should services be compared, but also professional practices, social responsibility and working methods. It’s in the client’s interest to do so… Human investment is at the heart of our profession.

Our challenge is to guarantee top quality supervision and competent field staff. We put qualified, dedicated professionals, who are able to offer solutions at the service of our clientele. We pay particular attention to our agents’ expertise, but also to their attitude. Our agent’s uniforms, the quality of his equipment and the capabilities available to our clients… all this contributes not only to quality protection, but also to a “sense of security” for our client and its staff.”

“Indeed we are. Since 2006, our turnover has increased by an average of 15% per year. This will undoubtedly continue in 2015. We opened a branch in Lyon in 2000 and a branch in Paris in 2007. In Paris, we entered into a defense contract which is highly significant in terms of turnover and importance. Our five agencies (Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux, Cannes) each have a regional reach which gives us national coverage. But our aim is to retain our independence and human dimension.
In 2014 we are proud to have opened two international offices: New York and Tel Aviv. The proximity of BSL’s representatives to our international clients adds that much more value to our customer service offering. In this manner, our ability to work towards customized solutions face to face is exponentially increased.”

HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR SECURITY GUARDS ?

 

“Our recruitment policy is based on the agent’s ability to contain a situation through dissuasion rather than force. We have put in place a 10-step procedure for testing their ability to think before acting. The candidates selected are then trained onsite by a dedicated instructor.”
