WHAT IS THE KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS?
“First, our responsiveness.
We manage people, which means unpredictable factors. But we are organized to react quickly, replace a security guard, resolve a problem, and respond to customer requests as quickly as possible.
Second, our responsibility: we conduct an assessment before each assignment in order to manage risks intelligently and preventively. We sometimes reconfigure the customer’s request, or even refuse it if we believe the customer is putting themselves at risk. Our priority is customer satisfaction. Some of our customers have been loyal to us for 15 years.
Finally, our transparency: our customers can view our tax and social security certificates, our prefectural accreditation, our accounts, and our references on our website.”
