BSL Security Acquires Atlas Security: A New Strategic Step
We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Atlas Sécurité, a private security company that is now joining the BSL Sécurité Group. This transaction marks a key milestone in our development, building on a long-standing partnership between our two companies within the Securalliance economic interest group. For several years, we have shared a common vision of the business: quality service, a strong presence in the field, and an approach focused on people and customer satisfaction.
A Strategic Acquisition
This acquisition, carried out using our own funds and with the support of our long-standing financial partners such as BNP Paribas, CIC Marseille, and BRED Normandie, strengthens our geographical positioning. Atlas Sécurité, which will retain its name, has a strong presence in western France, particularly in Isneauville near Rouen, and counts among its clients companies in sectors such as logistics, industry, and distribution. The company generated revenue of €34 million in 2024 and has ambitions to expand in Brittany.

This transaction, the first in the history of BSL Sécurité, combines the strengths of BSL Sécurité and Atlas Sécurité, resulting in total revenue of €73.5 million and nearly 2,500 employees. Our goal is to continue to grow and reach €80 million this year, with a target of €100 million by 2027.
A Shared Team and a Combined Culture
The president of Atlas Sécurité, Stéphane Chergui, will continue to play a key role in supporting this transition by remaining with the group for the next four years. This acquisition does not change the strategic direction of Securalliance, an economic interest group (GIE) that also includes Groupe RPS and Valiance Sécurité, which will continue to provide local solutions to national needs.

Global Securalliance: An International Vision
This acquisition is also part of our international strategy through Global Securalliance, an initiative launched in 2016. Global Securalliance brings together companies from 27 countries, with a combined turnover of several billion euros. Following the health crisis, many members have evolved and a new sales team has been put in place to ensure the success of this alliance on the international stage. The partnership with Amazon in several countries, for a contract worth over €20 million, demonstrates the scope and impact of this organization.

We are considering further acquisitions in the coming years, particularly in complementary sectors such as electronic security and cleaning. This acquisition is part of our commitment to continued growth, while maintaining our corporate culture based on strong human values and local service.
